Die Cutting
EIS offers precision die-cut tapes, films, foams, custom laminates, and more for various tape applications, ensuring tight tolerances and fast turnaround. We cut pieces from .020” x .020” to 80” x 80”.
Laser Cutting
Laser cutting - EIS' advanced laser system cuts tiny features and intricate designs on various flexible and adhesive tapes. Precision laser cutting produces through holes, slots, and diameters at tighter tolerances.
Slitting
We have extensive experience slitting various adhesive tapes, films, and specialty materials. With over 20 custom slitting and rewinding machines, we slit up to 5,000 lb., 78" wide jumbo rolls to wafer-thin .030" wide rolls.
Laminating
EIS laminates narrow and wide materials with transfer, double-coated, or selective adhesives with lamination services range from one-step to multi-material processes, including final finishing like punching and cutting.
